Tim, I'm not sure anybody credible is bothering to dress anything up anymore. The BCCI run the global game and the ICC is an events company tasked with making as much money as possible from as many events as possible, so one every year. T20 World Cups every two years mean they have lost all esteem and prestige and have become exhibition events rather than elite cricketing ones... Onward and upward towards the money, hey?
