Is anyone broadcasting audio commentary to anyone? Seems the Aussies have paid-for TV coverage which I presume DSTV is broadcasting. But without DSTV it appears that there is no way of tuning in? I guess I will have to continue to rely on cricbuz for score updates.
As you will have noticed by now, Neville, there is no ball-by-ball radio coverage of the tour. It's desperately sad. Nobody is pretending that there is a lot of money to be made from radio coverage, not for the host board, the sponsors or advertisers. But there IS a small profit to be made with good management and smart promotion. Neither of which are currently on display.
No, Jonathan. As you will know by now. Funny how CSA Members Council and Board can't see the relevance of sponsors jumping on board to pay the required $2.3 million to Supersport to get the Rugby World Cup on free-to-air SABC, but nobody was inclined to raise a finger in support of cricket.
